我们的运作方式有点象私募基金，但绝不是私募基金。我们是按照“证券法”、“信托法”、“基金管理法”等法规进行规范运作。模式是：基金管理（资金的安全性）＋主力（二级市场运作）＋资本运营（上市公司收购经营管理）三合一体系，具有中国特色的经营思想。与我们经营模式相同的到目前为止，在市场上还没有发现。最接近的是新疆德隆。我们的经营思路更接近国际贯例。不足的是，我们的资金没有新疆德隆多。

       关于多数投资者提到的资金安全保证问题，即要求我们投资一部分，以保证股票下跌时，投资者利益不受损失，这一要求在实际运作中不具有可操作性。其原因是，我们不是基金。基金投资于多只股票，而我们是收购控制一只股票的大部分流通股，其股价的变化完全由参与者多少决定。投资者帐面亏损的概率非常低。
